Katie joined BrainSell full-time as a Customer Success Manager in 2023. She has been with BrainSell since 2015 where she served as a Customer Project Manager and assisted in implementing BrainSell's Support/Service Desk. Prior to BrainSell, Katie has held roles such as VP Sales Operations for the world's largest Electronic Distributor, Service Management Implementation, and Change Management Consultant. She received a BS in Health Sciences from UMass Amherst and has taken Accounting and Computer Science Courses gaining a ITIL V3 (Service Management) certification. In her free time, Katie enjoys time with family and friends, gardening, visiting new places, long beach walks (especially in the winter) and forest trails.Connect On Linkedin
