Katie Gravelle

Katie joined BrainSell full-time as an Account Manager in 2023. She has been with BrainSell since 2015 where she served as a Customer Project Manager and assisted in implementing BrainSell's Support/Service Desk. Prior to BrainSell, Katie has held roles such as VP Sales Operations for the world's largest Electronic Distributor, Service Management Implementation, and Change Management Consultant. She received a BS in Health Sciences from UMass Amherst and has taken Accounting and Computer Science Courses gaining a ITIL V3 (Service Management) certification. In her free time, Katie enjoys time with family and friends, gardening, visiting new places, long beach walks (especially in the winter) and forest trails.
