BrainSell LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to effectively facilitate all aspects of the accounts receivable function through the administration of defined processes. This position works directly with both internal and external parties and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a professional demeanor.
This is a part-time position reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. The position is in-office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
Job Description:
· Receive and distribute mail.
· Assess notifications of incoming payments and perform any required actions.
· Effectively collect and communicate information related to accounts receivable, account balances, and payee processes to internal and external parties.
· Post customer payments and ensure accurate application of funds.
· Match and batch electronic deposits and post deposits in ERP system.
· Create and deliver physical deposits to local bank.
· Uphold current collections processes.
· Contact delinquent accounts and obtain relevant information relating to past due payments and accounts payable processes.
· Participate in weekly meetings to assess the status of past due accounts.
· Escalate collections processes to internal parties when appropriate.
· Provide weekly reporting of accounts receivable status and balances.
· Review sales order requests to ensure completion prior to creation of invoices.
· Create and distribute invoices to internal and external parties.
· Update and maintain electronic filing and information systems.

Role Overview:
As a Sage Intacct and or Acumatica Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Sage Intacct solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the Account Executive running the sales process, including:
- Ability to co-lead technical discovery calls with the Account Executive, assessing from a technical standpoint the prospect’s/client’s current software ecosystem, business challenges and impacts, and their ideal solution requirements. You will need to engage in nuanced discussions to understand and articulate technical requirements and solutions effectively.
- Demonstration planning/preparation and executing software demonstrations based on the agreed-upon strategy. The tailored demonstrations will highlight how Sage Intacct’s features address the specific needs and challenges identified during the technical discovery calls.
- When needed, assist with determining implementation scope and estimate as well as the appropriate software SKUs needed based upon Technical Discovery meetings with prospects/clients.
- Work with various stakeholders on the client’s team to identify and document Analyze client business processes and requirements as well as to advise on improvements in order to determine the Sage Intacct configuration.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and clients.
- Configure Sage Intacct modules and functionalities to align with client-specific workflows, business objectives, and Sage Intacct best practices.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the integrity and functionality of the Sage Intacct solution.
- Deliver functional Sage Intacct environment to clients on time and on budget.

BrainSell is looking for a senior-level, customer-facing Project Manager to work with internal and offshore engineering teams to balance priorities across various client projects. The ideal candidate will manage Sales, Marketing, ERP, or Customer Service-related software or SaaS
projects for SMB to enterprise-level customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Executives, Client Stakeholders, and engineers to ensure projects are fully defined and assist in developing supporting documentation (e.g., SOW)
- Understand project objectives and work with technical leads to build implementation schedules
- Lead kick-off meetings, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, stand-ups, and other AGILE methodologies
- Clearly communicate expectations to project stakeholders; act as a mediator between stakeholders and project team members if needed; communicate project timelines to all stakeholders
- Create, update, and maintain project plans and schedules to keep project teams aligned & maintain accurate project forecasts, burndown, and status
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
