BrainSell Acquires Argenta System’s Sage Software Practice, 5th Acquisition in 2012
BrainSell is pleased to announce their acquisition of Argenta System’s (www.argentasystems.com) Sage Software practice. Minnesota-based Argenta Systems has been a Sage partner since 1994. They focus on Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM and have worked with over 500 clients.
“BrainSell is not only gaining valuable Sage resources with this acquisition, but we’re further expanding our strategic office locations,” said BrainSell President and CEO Jim Ward. “Adding resources to our Sage lines is extremely valuable to our practice and clients.”
This is the fifth acquisition for BrainSell in 2012. With the addition of Argenta Systems Minnesota location, BrainSell will have 11 office locations in the United States. BrainSell has offices in Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Boston, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, Florida, Colorado, Minnesota and Utah.
Argenta Systems Sage clients will benefit from BrainSell’s increased level of support and diverse business knowledge. Likewise, BrainSell’s client base will benefit from Argenta’s experience with customer relationship management, specifically Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM.
Argenta Systems owners, Ric and Lois Palmer see strong benefits for their clients in the acquisition.

Current Argenta Systems customers will continue to receive the same caliber of support from the Argenta team. However, customers will also benefit from BrainSell’s extensive team of SalesLogix and Sage CRM engineers, as well as ERP and Marketing Automation experts if they choose to increase sales with those tools.
