OmniMed Financial and Insurance Boosts Lead Conversion with BrainSell and SugarCRM

OmniMed, a company that provides fiscal and business advice for doctors, has increased profitability since partnering with BrainSell Technology and SugarCRM

Capone was looking for an open source customer relationship management (CRM) solution that had a development and partner community to build a customized CRM solution for his company. He found what he was looking for in BrainSell and Sugar.

Capone knew OmniMed needed a solution that would market the firm’s services, track leads and opportunities and improve follow-up with customers. After choosing BrainSell as his Sugar partner to customize the solution and integrate it with OmniMed’s WordPress website, Capone saw OmniMed increase its lead generation and conversion while reducing the time it takes to do tasks such as following up with opportunities and reaching out to existing clients to ensure that the company maintains the highest level of service. BrainSell also helped integrate InBOX25 and Sugar, making email marketing to Capone’s client base easy. With InBOX25, Capone is now able to track the success of his campaigns from within Sugar.
