Criteria for this CRM solutions chart focuses on two key comparison metrics:

1. Primary Features: Is the CRM solution’s strength purely contact management, or is it capable of heavy integration with your ERP (accounting) and marketing automation systems?

If you don’t need your CRM to perform marketing functions (such as email blasting) you may want to focus on software that is purely contact-based. Conversely, if you have certain integration requirements (i.e, your CRM must integrate with Quickbooks) you may require a more robust solutions package.

2. Price Range/Typical User Size: Is the CRM solution best for small businesses, or is it capable of supporting an enterprise-level business? What about the mid-market?

This is another very important portion of choosing a CRM solution. Usually, the larger the typical company user size, the more expensive the software solution tends to be.
