SugarCRM Implementation Cost Examined

Examining SugarCRM Implementation Cost:

Usually there are four main factors that go into the implementation cost for SugarCRM.

1. Basic Setup –

The first factor to consider when examining an implementation is the basic setup. Creating users, setting up emails and personalizing the system with your logo are the types of thing that happen at this stage of the implementation. In addition to setting up end users, the basic setup of the system also includes creation of custom fields and reports that relate to your business. 2. Data Migration and Import –

The second factor to consider in a SugarCRM implementation (especially from a cost perspective) is data migration. Depending on what CRM platform you are moving from and how jumbled your data may or may not be, the data migration and import can be more expensive than you might think. Our medium package includes the import of up to 5,000 total records. Our large package includes the import of up to 20,000 contacts. Having clean data is one of the easiest ways to keep this portion of the implementation cost down.

3. Training –

The third factor and perhaps the most overlooked is training. User adoption rates improve dramatically when your salespeople are training from the get-go on any implementation. Be sure to focus on your sales process (lead-to-sale management), any add-on modules (like marketing platforms) and how to report. With just a little bit of training, you can make infinitely customizable reports within SugarCRM.

4. Integration Requirements –

Sugar is one of the most flexible, integratable CRM platforms on the market today. This is one of the biggest reasons why businesses choose Sugar over other platforms. When combined with ERP tools (like QuickBooks or Sage) and marketing tools (like Net-Results or Act-On), Sugar will become the most powerful revenue-generating tool in your arsenal.
