Sugar Nurture 2.0: Who, What, and How?

Let’s talk about Sugar Market. More specifically, the most recent update to its nurture builder: Nurture 2.0.

Sugar Market is the native Marketing Automation platform for SugarCRM. It has recently been undergoing several updates to make it a more competitive marketing software in the MarTech world, and we couldn’t be happier. From its ability to manage paid campaigns to its new email builder 2.0 and now its Nurture 2.0 module, Sugar Market is making huge investments and improvements, and personally, I’m very impressed.

As someone who works extensively within Sugar Market, the Nurture 2.0 module could not have come at a better time. In fact, we were one of the first ones to see this new nurture builder during our Email Marketing vs. Marketing Automation Lunch and Learn, which took place the day after Nurture 2.0’s release.

Since then, I’ve spent some time self-learning the new update. While it is so much better than the original nurture module, I didn’t have many resources to learn how to navigate it.

And so, without further ado, I’d like to provide you with a Sugar Nurture 2.0 Demo. In this video, you will learn about action and conditional elements, how to set up alert templates, build emails within the template, validate your campaign, and so much more.
