You should evaluate several areas when determining if a CRM is the right fit for your business. Some of these areas include:

Companies can then document and manage their sales process within the system to streamline efficiencies and ensure sales pipelines move forward as smoothly as possible.

Advanced Analytics

Both SugarCRM and Salesforce have dashboards that help you to measure your sales pipeline and contacts.

However, SugarCRM’s Sugar Sell is unique because it allows users to work inside particular dashboards. This function enables users to access important account level detail such as the opportunity and account name. Action buttons within the account view allow users to easily log calls and update records.

Salesforce has three pricing plans – Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited.

  • Enterprise: $150 (user/month), $1,800 (annual cost/user)
  • Unlimited: $300 (user/month), $3,600 (annual cost/user)

SugarCRM’s Sugar Sell has two pricing plans – Advanced and Premier.

  • Advanced: $80 (user/month), $960 (annual cost/user)
  • Premier: $135 (user/month), $1,620 (annual cost/user)

Sugar Sell Premier compares to Salesforce Enterprise, ultimately making Sugar Sell the cost-effective option.
